Chris did show up in court and did not enter a plea yet. Meaning he did NOT say he was guilty or not guilty. His lawyer asked for an extention and it was granted by the judge. He will show up back to court on April 6th 2009

Update: 3.5.09 - Chris Brown was just formally charged with 2 felonies by the L.A. county District Attorney. One count of making a criminal threat and one count of felony assault both against Rihanna. Those charges lend up to 9years in prison. Chris will be arraigned at 3:30p (west coast time), sooooo keep it right here and I'll keep updating you . . .damn!

Aaliyah: Biopic

This is the girl that will be playing our 'Baby Girl' Aaliyah in the up coming Biopic. Her name is Keshia Chante she is a Canadian singer. I hear she is working hard on getting this role up to our standards. The director wants us to love it as much as we loved J.Lo as Selena *holding breath*

I believe this to be the REAL Chris Brown/Rihanna story!

So this story is bothering me to the FULLEST! As you may know or not know I LOVE me some Chris Brown but do NOT believe in hitting females (esp. with out cause). Now this is what the blog sites are saying and this one to. HOWEVER since I am close with the inner circle that is the Brown camp, I got the full story, well at least enough to know that my lil Brother wouldn't just haul off and hit someone, especially a woman for NO reason. Especially since his mother use to get beat by his step-father. There will be many stories no one has herpes, there was no weapon used about this situation but NO ONE knows, not even me the whole story but I do believe the words that came out of this persons mouth. So now you have ALL sides and even though I think you should NEVER hit a girl what is a guy to do when someone continues to beat him?? The law respects us woman alot more than a man.


My sources round about way of telling me the truth . . .

Let me give you a scenario about something that a friend of mine recently went through: He was dating a chick and she was outrageously jealous and insecure. So he would get into arguments and fights with her. He never hit her once but she'd smack him, bite him and scratch him and once he even got hit in the balls kinda' hard. So his girl got into the habit of hitting him because to her it was fine since he never hit her back.

So finally one day in a car he finally told her to shut the **ck up and it's over. So she socked the shit out of him while he was driving and kept on hitting him until he crashed into a parked car.

So my friend then got out of the car and tried to pull her out and got hit in the face some more numerous times. Scratched up and everything.

Simply because he was done with all of the drama. Anyway when she smacked him this last time my friend smacked her back. So he got back in the car and droove off leaving her there.

Hurt from banging her face on the windshield/dashboard from the car accident his girl then called the cops and told them that her man whipped her ass.

So my friend wanted to go get his things from her apt to go to a hotel and saw a million cop cars there.

So he left and when he sent us to retrieve his stuff this girl didn't want to let us get his 6 bags of stuff. She said tell him to come get it himself.

Tell him to answer his phone and that I'm sorry we can work this out. To which I said hell no my friend isn't coming anywhere near here. It's too late for all of that.
He just wants his luggage and you guys need never to see each other anymore.

But you know these friends of mine don't like the image being put out about them but because of various reasons can't tell people what really happened.

Shit happens was definitely in effect and it's crazy how everyone can jump on a woman's side and not know what happened.

You know? Just like with the Chris Brown situation. You never know what really took place if you weren't there. : )

Hind sight is 20/20 and I told that friend of mine he should've gotten out of the car and called the cops on her ass when it was just him with scratches and shit.

But he reminded me that there was a car accident that caused her bruises and that he hit "her BACK to make her stop attacking him".

He also reminded me that I was lying because he knows id never call the police on anyone, especially a woman. So I had nothing to say back to him after that. There is going to be a million in one stories about this but only the people who were there know what happened

So there it is word for word, what I was told. Take it as you want it but remember media is smoke and mirrors

Publicity Stunt: The Art of Noise...

Jonathan Hay: Let's talk about it. (Smiling)

It's been said that you are going to expose. Are you worried about a counterattack from the industry, or people within the industry getting upset -- potential clients even?

Jonathan Hay: No. I am going to be very transparent about everything that I have been involved in - the good and the bad -- but my plan is not to destroy reputations or vindicate myself, but rather to reveal the true art behind crafting a successful publicity stunt...the art of noise. I will use wisdom and integrity, but I'm sure I will gain enemies along the way. That's a given.

You are credited for breaking Rihanna out into the media. Can you please go into detail about that?

Jonathan Hay: Yes. I met Vada Nobles [the producer of Rihanna's first single, "Pon De Replay"] at a Starbucks in Orlando, Florida. I'll never forget that day. Vada told me about this young artist named Rihanna who looked similar to Beyonce and he'd just finished her first single, called "Pon De Replay." We went back to his home studio where he was working on finishing up the remix for it with Elephant Man. Honestly, the first time I heard the song I didn't think it was going to work at all because Will Smith had a song out ["Switch"] at that time with almost that exact same beat. But I was intrigued by the project, nevertheless. At first, nobody seemed to really feel the song, so I started a publicity campaign, single-handedly. The whole idea behind the campaign was to get Vada Nobles out there as a producer so that ultimately people would forget about his past lawsuit and conflict with Lauryn Hill on her album The Miseducation Of Lauyrn Hill.

Jonathan Hay: Anyway, I sent the song to Jennifer Vineyard, my contact at MTV. She did me a favor and broke the story on Rihanna, "Pon De Replay" and Vada Nobles. Along with one of my partners, I then began to fabricate stories of Rihanna and Jay-Z, leaking false rumors to tabloids, working internet message boards, etc. We started to get an insane amount of media coverage very fast. There are so many things we did that people don't even know about, not even Rihanna herself. She was completely unknown and I was paid by Vada Nobles to generate publicity. The mega Island Def Jam deal rumor, we fluffed and fabricated. Rihanna and Vada had no idea what I was doing behind the scenes, but my whole agenda was to get media for the song.

Jonathan Hay: If you check out Rihanna's Wikipedia Page for "Pon De Replay." you'll see that it was on March 17, 2005 [through MTV News] that I helped break Rihanna out into the world. There was a lot more involved but I want to save that detailed interesting chapter for the book.

What do you mean by starting Rihanna rumors?

Jonathan Hay: I mean leaking out sensational stories and spreading them around in the news -- to tabloids such as the National Enquirer, music and gossip sites and whatnot. Like when the rumor surfaced that Jay-Z had a new love life and was cheating on Beyonce...that was just to get attention. Rihanna had nothing to do with ANY of that, nor did she know what we were doing. I was just trying to break the single and stay employed by Vada Nobles. Even Vada didn't know half the stuff I was doing. I kept my strategy a secret at the time because, honestly, everyone would have been against it, the tactics that I used. But I was only thinking about the end result - and look what happened...gossip sells.

So you started that Jay-Z, Rihanna and Beyonce rumor?

Jonathan Hay: I feel awful but, yes, I leaked some of those stories. Looking back, I am ashamed of that; there was zero integrity in that maneuver. But this is entertainment and I wanted to obtain publicity - so I came up with some crazy stories and it worked. Rihanna is one of the biggest stars in the world now, and look at how she stormed into the business! Not to take anything from her - she is a great artist - but every artist needs a launching pad and there is nothing better than a good scandal to get the public's attention. (Laughing)

You began talking to Jay-Z from your association with Amil [from Roc-A-Fella Records]...

Jonathan Hay: I already had his contact info, but once I started working with Amil it gave me a reason to contact him...

Have you talked to Jay-Z since the Rihanna rumors?

Jonathan Hay: Jay-Z and I had a dramatic-instant involving another artist. That is just water under the bridge now, but it's definitely going in the book. I still talk to Jay-Z every now and then -- I probably nag him (laughing) but he always hits me back. Trust me, my Jay-Z chapter is really an eye-opener. He is the greatest businessman in the history of hip-hop. Jay-Z has succeeded in every business possibility, all across the board. I plan on hopefully sitting down with Jay-Z very soon for some lucrative business opportunities.
