You n' your girlfriend/boyfriend get into a heated argument. One of those one's where anything you say instantly turns into a screaming match.
The day is coming to an end, and this problem is still not resolved. This song speaks from a stand point of understanding that in a relationship, arguments are going to happen. Disagreements are bound to occur, but to let the sun go down on that disagreement, to go to bed mad, is never a means to resolution. You don't wanna start your day with lastnight's drama. It never winds up pretty.
We must find that resolution before head hits pillow.
